  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support, addressing inquiries regarding insurance options, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing matters.
  • Inform clients about various insurance solutions through a customer-centric approach.
  • Work alongside the agent to establish and meet marketing objectives.
  • Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, evaluate customer requirements, and advocate for suitable products and services.
