Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist at NHOMS & MassOMS, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding healthcare experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, relevant experience in healthcare or customer service, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both colleagues and patients.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, as you will frequently collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from prospective patients seeking information about our dental practices.
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for new patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Exhibit empathy and attentiveness while addressing inquiries and concerns, prioritizing customer support.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve and surpass company goals related to appointment scheduling.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with online scheduling systems is essential.
- Experience in patient care, customer service, or call center operations is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
