Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and service quality goals, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on AAA products and services.
  • Perform various tasks, including taking passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and tour books, and cashiering duties, to support member requests.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals, consistently delivering results-driven performance.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and travel locally when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
