Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of calls from potential patients
  • Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide compassionate assistance to customers
  • Employ sales strategies to achieve booking targets
  • Support the Call Center Leadership team with various initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
  • High school diploma is mandatory; college degree is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00-$22.00
