About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Customer Support Specialist to join our team at WH Bagshaw Company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interface: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs, provide updates, and ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Work Authorization: Must have valid work authorization in the United States.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of career progression and increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory, processing orders, and understanding tolerances.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and software, with experience using an ERP system for order processing and inventory management.
