About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Sales Manager Oncology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships with healthcare providers, including oncologists, hematologists, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and market share targets in assigned territories.
  • Maintain and enhance key customer relationships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and promotional requirements to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage company resources and expertise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in the oncology, immunology, hematology, or rare disease therapeutic market.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a major in biological science and/or chemistry preferred.
  • Valid US driver's license, car, and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a willingness to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
What We Offer:
