Job Title: Oncology District Manager

At SMR Group Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Oncology District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Oncology Account Specialists within a designated district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute district sales strategies to achieve corporate results
  • Identify and recruit top sales talent to achieve sales goals
  • Coach and develop district personnel to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Ensure sales reps understand and utilize available resources to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain compliance with Company policies and practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • 4 years oncology, hospital, specialty therapeutic sales or account management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Business acumen and ability to establish strong business relationships
