Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Payroll Department, you will be responsible for performing general knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and procedures, covering a range of administrative duties.

  • Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll

  • Ability to work with a team
  • Knowledge of different types of payroll software (i.e., ADP and Paychex)

If you have an Associate degree (A.A.) from two-year College or equivalent experience, and 2-4 years related HR/PR experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and verifying timesheets, entering employee information and payroll data into the system, answering employees' questions, and maintaining payroll records retention documentation. You will also assist with maintaining payroll records retention documentation and provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager as needed.
