Invoice Processing Specialist

Job Overview - Vaco is collaborating with a client seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist. A minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice management and vendor relations is essential. The client offers remote work options along with comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of administrative duties
- Manage invoice processing to guarantee prompt payments
- Communicate effectively with vendors
- Assist in the development and enhancement of departmental standard operating procedures
- Provide customer service support through email and phone interactions
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, specifically in invoice and vendor management
- Exceptional communication skills are required
- A service-oriented mindset is essential
- Experience with accounting software is necessary; familiarity with Sage Intact is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime may be required
- Weekend work as necessary
