Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Client Support Specialist

As a Financial Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their financial inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Greet clients and potential clients warmly, both in person and via phone
  • Process check deposits, manage new account setups, and arrange consultations
  • Support promotional activities aimed at client acquisition and relationship enhancement

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Deliver exceptional service while upholding company brand standards
  • Address client needs and collaborate effectively with the sales team
  • Oversee marketing initiatives for the branch, including events and seminars

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing client concerns with a high level of professionalism
  • Capability to juggle multiple client requests and thrive in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in supporting marketing efforts

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is a full-time role with standard hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Comprehensive benefits package including Paid Time Off, Health coverage, Retirement plans, and competitive pay
  • Hourly compensation ranging from $16 to $20, with potential bonuses
