Wireless Customer Success Advocate

At TM Management Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized product and service information to customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the entire experience.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on available products and services, attending daily meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- 1-3 years of successful sales, customer service, cold-calling, or client relations experience.
- Possess a solution-oriented mindset with excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication abilities.
- Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
