As a Customer Success Manager at Memfault, you will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our customers to drive growth and retention. Your focus will be on revenue growth, product adoption, and measuring success. You will be a key advocate for our customers' needs and work closely with the Memfault team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Memfault's web application and new features to provide expert support to customers.
  • Adoption & Engagement: Regularly review account metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Measure Success: Own the metrics for determining account health, document business value delivered, and orchestrate quarterly business reviews.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans to expand customers' use of the platform, identify opportunities for upsells, and provide expert advice to the product team.
  • Advocacy: Escalate customer needs, partner with Solutions Architects to exceed expectations, and provide feedback to the product team.
Requirements
  • Background in B2B SaaS
  • Multiple years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with developer tools or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience working with hardware companies
