Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient with technology

  • Preferred: Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field

We welcome individuals who are serious about pursuing their real estate license and offer opportunities for earning while learning.

  • Minimum of 1 year of active real estate experience
  • Local residency in the East Bay Area
  • Valid California real estate license
  • Demonstrated success in real estate sales or a similar field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with the East Bay real estate market
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Competence in real estate software and online marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of local zoning laws, financing options, and property management
  • Previous experience as a real estate agent in the East Bay area
