Position Overview

The Retail Team Leader plays a vital role in our leadership team. You will be instrumental in driving a profitable operation by fostering authentic connections that enhance customer loyalty and community involvement. Your leadership will include providing real-time feedback and coaching to empower each team member to reach their full potential. While you will oversee a specific area of the business, flexibility to support your colleagues is essential to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Step into the Store Director role when necessary, demonstrating sound judgment.

  • Availability during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable with technology and familiar with industry-related resources.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products as required.
  • Willingness to be accessible to customers throughout the store.
