Employee Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Manager to drive key communications initiatives related to the employee experience at T-Mobile. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications and be able to develop and deliver compelling communications that highlight our robust Total Rewards package.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategy and planning for our Total Rewards communications, responsible for the overarching narrative of how T-Mobile invests in employees.
- Plan and complete communication campaigns, creating and editing clear, concise, and compelling content for various comms channels.
- Act as primary comms support for other Total Rewards programs and change management initiatives, sharing pertinent information with internal communications partners.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of communications, soliciting feedback from employees and partners, and adjusting the approach as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications and/or developing complex communication plans in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to adjust tone and style by audience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead/oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
