Job Title: Production and Resource Analyst

Join the Oklahoma Blood Institute team as a Production and Resource Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and overseeing the recruitment calendar, process management, and data analysis to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage a process of advance scheduling to support strength of schedule in the Donor Recruitment Software.
  • Administer reserving (sharing) of staff in multiple collection operations for events and established larger drives.
  • Develop and manage a schedule of Data Software audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Review relevance of available Software upgrades to make recommendations to management.
  • Apply notes, banners, and constraints to the calendar about events relevant to scheduling.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Windows-based software.
  • Ability to balance spreadsheets and numbers.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service and negotiation skills.
