We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including payroll preparation, HRIS administration, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, training and development, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate information within the company's HRIS and process personnel-related documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities for on-site and remote employees.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering business cards and logo-branded items, processing HR mail, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of human resource experience preferred.
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
