Human Resources Generalist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative global food organization as a key member of the Talent & Culture team.
Under general guidance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of Talent & Culture practices and policies for assigned client groups, including employee relations, recruitment and staffing, training, employee engagement and benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Completing full cycle recruitment, including posting positions, interviewing and selection
- Ensuring onboarding and ongoing Talent & Culture administrative processes are completed timely and accurately
- Investigating employee relations and workers' compensation issues in collaboration with Talent & Culture Management
- Administering employee engagement programs
- Compiling reports, analyzing trends and making training recommendations
- Facilitating both formal and informal employee and management training programs
- Ensuring administrative processes are completed timely and accurately
- Completing regulatory reporting, including EEO-1, OSHA 300/301, workers' compensation and unemployment
- Mentoring and training Talent & Culture Administrator and/or Administrative Support roles
Requirements include:
- Two (2) years progressive Human Resources experience
- Bilingual, fluent English and Spanish speaking
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, SAP HR systems experience, and food production environment experience
