Job Summary

The Executive Vice President will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, expanding our customer base, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the defense and security markets, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Collaborate with our executive leadership team to drive business strategy and growth
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the defense and security sectors
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the defense and security markets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
  • Experience working with government customers and partners
  • Strong network of professionals and clients in the defense and security sectors
