Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Business Development. This position will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry relationships and market knowledge.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute capture plans, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Strong industry relationships and network.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
