Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Premium Auditor to join our team at Davies Risk Services. As a Premium Auditor, you will play a crucial role in conducting premium audits and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information
- Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRMs exclusive premium auditing software
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
- Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
- Evaluate operational practices
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Numbers-oriented
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
