Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage office staff, including clerical and administrative employees
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and follow up on aging invoices
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Oversee the filing system for both physical and electronic documents
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and projects
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
  • Ensure proper phone, email, and text etiquette is maintained by all office staff
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or office management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
