Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team at National Vision. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employment-related OD contracts and other duties related to the contracting process and OD onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Creates and issues OD employment contracts and other agreements in a timely manner as requested by OD Recruiting and Field Leadership.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contracting process, produce quality work, and meet the OD contracting needs of Professional Services Department, Recruiting, and Field Leadership.
- Responsible for accurately entering and managing OD contract information into OD database (VCM), requesting OD professional liability insurance for newly employed ODs, launching OD onboarding, and providing necessary contracting information to the Credentialing team.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the OD Recruiting and the Professional Services department in order to provide quality service to ODs joining the National Vision Optometrist Network.
- Assists and provides information to ODs regarding the OD hiring process, insurance needs, and credentialing as well as making sure payments to independently contracted ODs are seamless.
- 0-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. equivalent of four years in high school.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of associates, teams, supervisors, and directors.
- Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills.
- Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion.
