About Our Team
The Customer Success Team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout the entire event lifecycle. This encompasses delivering tailored support to clients during event execution, both prior to and following the event.
About the Role
In this position, you will guide exhibitors through their journey, ensuring they achieve successful participation in our events. You will collaborate with various internal departments to provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries. The Customer Experience Coordinator will offer valuable feedback and insights to event teams regarding customer experiences during event execution, fostering service enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout the entire event journey, offering recommendations and guidance.
- Monitor customer fulfillment progress to ensure optimal event outcomes.
- Assist customers in preparing for the pre-show process, including managing contracted packages and clarifying the Exhibitor Manual effectively.
- Generate reports for teams to utilize in improving customer experiences.
- Provide regular updates to show directors regarding customer status.
- Manage multiple events across diverse industries simultaneously.
- Draft and revise exhibitor sales contracts, incorporating feedback from legal and sales leadership.
- Coordinate on-site customer success activities during events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
