Senior Sales Professional

This role reports to the Head of SMB Sales and is a key contributor to the development of net-new business.
- The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and exceed stated sales objectives.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for net-new accounts throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to onboarding.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate XR Extreme Reach's full suite of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on technical trends and terminology related to the industry.
- Meet and exceed KPI and OKR targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in ad-tech sales with strong industry relationships.
- A proven track-record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
- Daily rigor in Salesforce.
- Enterprise software experience is a plus; ad-serving experience is a must.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
