Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on financial services
Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform sales strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
