Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager/Sales Professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals in the built/construction environment. This role requires a proven track record of outside sales and a deep understanding of the luxury sales market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell high-end technology solutions to UHNWI clients

• Establish and maintain relationships with architects, general contractors, and other industry professionals

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the built/construction environment

• Proven track record of selling to UHNWI clients

• Strong understanding of luxury sales and marketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
