Job Description
As a Senior Hospitality Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of corporate and travel industry accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed guest satisfaction targets. This will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate and travel industry sectors.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and exceed guest satisfaction targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven sales and revenue growth experience, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding guest satisfaction expectations.
Work Environment and Context
As a Senior Hospitality Sales Professional, you will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest satisfaction targets. This role may require occasional travel and working outside of regular business hours.
