Job Overview

At Youth Frontiers, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients to drive sales growth and further our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Mac experience with basic software (Word, Excel, and Keynote) and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce and FileMaker Pro.
