POSITION OVERVIEW
Four Sisters Inns is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to oversee operations at two stunning properties. This role is crucial for ensuring the hotels remain in excellent condition, requiring a diverse skill set in various trades such as electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and more. The ideal candidate will assist management with physical tasks, including moving furniture and equipment. With a commitment to quality workmanship, this versatile individual will be key to maintaining the beauty and functionality of our hotels.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • 4 to 5 days per week, 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Shifts will alternate between locations
  • Monday through Friday availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting as needed.
  • Manage procurement for repair supplies while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Inspect and maintain machinery, addressing any operational issues promptly.
  • Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of equipment components.
  • Construct and repair wooden structures such as counters and partitions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Organize work and storage areas efficiently.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms and common areas.
  • Communicate with management regarding any tasks beyond your expertise.
  • Document daily work activities for payroll purposes.
  • Exhibit professionalism and represent Four Sisters Inns positively.
QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of relevant experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.

SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with team members.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
