About the Position

The Business Development Officer (BDO) is a key role within Fresno First Bank, responsible for driving growth and expansion in the SoCal market. This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve established sales targets and goals
  • Prospect and cultivate new business relationships through referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Assess market needs and develop solutions to meet the needs of business owners and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities)
