The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of business operations and systems, with the capability to convert business needs into functional and technical specifications. The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager will be tasked with documenting business requirements, optimizing a new system design based on an existing legacy framework, and formulating a project plan for system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Facilitate and manage meetings with stakeholders to gather business objectives for the outlined projects.
- Extract and document business and functional requirements utilizing established business practices and tools.
- Identify, document, and enhance inefficient processes that require modification to effectively implement the selected solution.
- Review business analysis documentation to evaluate and propose solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business Studies, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
