  • Take ownership of sales operations in multiple countries, driving growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales of feed additives, with a strong network and understanding of customer needs in the animal feed industry
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close profitable deals in a complex environment
  • Experience with a cooperative leadership style, with a focus on employee development and growth
  • Excellent English and German language skills, with a willingness to travel and adapt to changing market conditions
