General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of crew members to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Oversee guest services, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that all employees are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Promote employee development and growth within the store, including opportunities for advancement and professional development.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and banking, as well as ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with other managers to achieve sales and profit goals, and participate in monthly bonus program based on food and labor sales.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or related fields, with a proven track record of success in leadership and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
