Position Overview

Napster, a trailblazer in the music streaming industry, is seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead our human resources initiatives. This pivotal role will shape the HR function and significantly influence our organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Provide strategic direction for all HR activities, serving as the sole HR representative within the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires, with a proven ability to attract high-level talent.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Policy Formulation: Evaluate and enhance existing HR policies to align with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • HR Operations: Manage essential HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel records management.
  • Employee Engagement: Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation processes to support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Compliance Management: Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and mitigate risks.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Analyze workforce trends to identify future staffing needs and develop strategies for talent retention and development.
  • Conflict Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on detail.
  • Preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
