Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People & Culture to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of People & Culture will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and support the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on people and culture matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee retention, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and measure engagement.
  • Culture and Diversity: Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture that reflects the organization's values.
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and welcoming workplace.
  • Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Learning and Development: Develop and oversee learning and development programs that align with employee and organizational needs.
  • Support continuous learning and skills development.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are compliant.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Communication and Change Management: Lead internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about organizational changes, initiatives, and updates.
  • Effectively manage change initiatives and support employees through transitions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing HR team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Change Management: Proven experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
