Job Summary

VISTA Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Center Staff - Logistics and Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growing team, you will be responsible for providing warehouse, armory, and ammunition support, as well as property accountability and transportation services to all DIA locations and elements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize the Agency's Financial Accounting Corporate Tracking System's (FACTS) Asset Management (AM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules to meet customer mission requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all levels of employees and customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storage, issue, and distribution services.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics and operations processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of related experience, or Associate's degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with DoD supply principles, processes, and terminology.
  • Working knowledge of government centralized warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issue, inventory, distribution, shipping, and disposal services.
  • Skilled in scheduling, manifesting, document control, or customer research, with the ability to provide these services within the Customer Service Center.
  • Top Secret security clearance or eligibility for a security clearance.
