About the Role:

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the sales organization by overseeing essential components of the sales framework, such as quotas, commission distributions, and critical reporting.

This position will serve as a consultant to the global sales and operations teams, tackling some of the most significant strategic and operational challenges within the revenue organization.

We seek a candidate who thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Quota Management & Compensation Strategy:

Develop and oversee a scalable process for establishing and monitoring sales quotas, implementing systems and tools for accurate and timely quota tracking.

Collaborate with sales leadership to design and execute efficient sales compensation plans that align with company objectives.


Territory Oversight & Engagement Protocols:

Define, implement, and monitor a territory management strategy to optimize sales coverage and maximize revenue opportunities.

Work alongside sales and cross-functional teams to establish Rules of Engagement, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across the organization.


Data Insights & Analysis:

Develop and maintain systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover business and sales performance drivers, converting data insights into actionable recommendations for sales strategy and execution.

Collaborate with the systems team to enhance data quality and integrity within sales systems and databases, identifying opportunities for automating reporting processes.


Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Establish and nurture strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.

Act as a liaison between sales operations and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.


Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, business operations, or an analytical/operational role.

Experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce.

High comfort level working with sales teams, databases, and technology platforms.

Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with outstanding communication skills.

Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including V-lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas).


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Clari, Tableau, or SPIF.

Experience with quote-to-cash systems (e.g., CPQ, DealHub).
