The Senior Business Development Manager at ABM Industries, Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new and existing accounts within a defined territory. This includes working with prospective clients to identify opportunities and collaborating with a team of operators to implement effective sales strategies.

This individual is responsible for the orchestration of the sales process, including the implementation and transition process for new business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through cold call activities, customer interactions, and networking.
  • Partnering with businesses to develop unique solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Benchmarking facilities to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business partnerships to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Generating and delivering impactful proposals with professional executive-level presentations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred experience in facilities services or business solution sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead customer engagements and manage the sales cycle.
