Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to lead our Federal Civilian division in Red River's Government Technology Services (GTS) business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic business opportunities in the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth in the DHA, VA, and HHS markets.
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and pursuit of strategic business opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to refine the division strategy and shape a balanced portfolio.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize business development and capture activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring best-in-class solutions to customers and maximize win probability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business development, with a focus on federal government markets.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic business opportunities.
  • BA degree in a technical field, or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development leadership experience in DHA, VA, and/or HHS.
  • Management of a qualified pipeline of opportunities with a value of $200M+.
  • Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.
