Regional Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Regional Sales Executive to become a vital part of our expanding organization. The primary responsibilities of this role include: conducting sales meetings utilizing our established sales framework, launching lead generation initiatives, participating in networking functions, following up on completed projects to guarantee client satisfaction, preparing performance reports to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), supervising the execution of our services, managing payment collections, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work with outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a designated territory through proactive prospecting and brand representation with a focus on sales.
  • Consistent follow-up with customers and effective communication.
  • Service existing clients, secure orders, and establish new accounts by organizing daily schedules to engage with current or potential sales outlets and other trade partners.
  • Conduct and prepare tailored onsite project estimates, ensuring accuracy and clarity in project specifications for all stakeholders.
  • Oversee project execution, including coordination with relevant parties, scheduling, customer communication, managing expectations, recruiting and supervising painting teams, controlling material and labor costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon project completion.
  • Meet established sales and production targets along with other KPIs within set timeframes.
  • Actively pursue leads within the community through various channels, including networking groups, real estate agents, trade contractors, and client referrals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends as necessary.
  • Transportation suitable for business use, including a valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
