Position Overview

Stone Warehouse USA stands as a leading provider of both natural and engineered stone across multiple states, recognized for our exceptional quality and diverse selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and porcelain slabs. As the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz and Lapitec, we pride ourselves on sourcing premium materials from renowned locations worldwide.

We are currently in search of a Field Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth within the stone sector, focusing on building relationships with various stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our premium Granite and Quartz products to both existing and potential clients, including fabricators, builders, developers, and retailers.
  • Foster and maintain strong business relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, set sales targets, and provide regular updates on performance.
  • Gather insights on customer needs and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Proven ability to cultivate productive business relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sales performance history.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Willingness to work on weekends as needed.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Base salary plus commission structure
