About the Role
The Account Manager for Strategic Partnerships (Optical Channel) is a critical position at EssilorLuxottica, responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships within the independent channel. This role requires a strong understanding of the optical industry and the ability to build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with key partners and provide ongoing support to ensure successful partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow top-line sales and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations to large groups of customers and stakeholders to promote EssilorLuxottica's products and services.
- Support the development of new business initiatives and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the optical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong initiative and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel and work in a team environment.
