About the Role

Rippling is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their coffee programs maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing for the Future: Develop a leads pipeline and invest in expanding existing customers' coffee programs.
Qualifications
  • A coffee lover, including drinking, making, and talking about it.
  • Able to learn quickly and excited to learn more about coffee.
  • Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Able to build relationships and converse with all types of people.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver, someone that looks for ways to help your team and customers.
  • Receptive to feedback.

Summary of Experience
  • 1 year+ experience in sales, preferably in coffee or cafes.
  • Bachelors degree, 4 years honorable discharge US Military, or 4 years management experience.
Basic Qualifications
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Able to commute across the Mid Atlantic.
  • Train customers to uphold coffee standards.
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
