About the Role

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our FCCU Catalyst Transportation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing strategies to maximize profits while ensuring process safety and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Logistics: Coordinate personnel and equipment to jobs using the most cost-effective manner, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate regularly with customers to ensure job priorities are being followed, quality is acceptable, and resolve any conflicts.
  • Team Management: Cultivate an inclusive, diverse, and highly effective team culture, ensuring all drivers are equipped with the necessary resources and support.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operating procedures for customers and lanes, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing downtime.
  • Relationship Management: Effectively manage relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring mutual understanding and respect.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in equipment and vehicle preventative maintenance, ensuring all assets are in good working condition.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to and train all personnel on OSHA safety and company policy and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, orders, PPE, equipment, and chemicals to ensure readiness and minimize waste.
  • Field Support: Support fieldwork and supervise shop during peak periods, ensuring efficient execution and quality service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track loaned equipment and personnel, providing regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Interpersonal communication, written and oral skills, strong active listening skills, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: CDL A License a plus but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50lb hoses, work in industrial environments and adverse weather conditions, and walk, stand, climb, and sit for extended periods.
