  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of operations experience or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent reasoning skills, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make conclusions. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and statistical tools. Understanding of manufacturing unit operations. Statistics, data modeling/analysis skills and math skills.
