The Maritime Conference Center is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Process reservations, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial data
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in hotel front desk preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and walk quickly and for long distances
