Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Process reservations, payments, and other financial transactions
- Provide information and assistance to guests, including directions, recommendations, and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial data
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in hotel front desk preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and walk quickly and for long distances
