Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative at Remington, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and efficiently processing their reservations. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing cash handling, posting charges, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great experiences, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process guest reservations, including pre-registration and blocking of rooms as needed.
- Manage cash handling, including receiving payments, making change, and maintaining accurate records.
- Post charges accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly.
- Review reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
- Have knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and procedures for handling each.
- Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation procedures as needed.
