Culinary Operations Manager

Culinary Leads are the backbone of our kitchen operations at CAVA - Hingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the grill and prep teams, ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for cooking, leadership, and teamwork, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and ordering.
- Develop and implement new leadership skills to drive team growth and success.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned, including cross-training and special projects.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a variety of temperatures.
