Culinary Leads are the backbone of our kitchen operations at CAVA - Shaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our grill and prep teams, ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory management and ordering
  • Develop and implement new leadership skills to drive team growth and development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless restaurant operations
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
